Job Summary We are seeking a visionary and result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead and execute all digital marketing initiatives of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services, enhancing brand awareness in the digital space, and driving website traffic and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Lead all digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and content marketing . Manage and enhance the company website , landing pages, and social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Plan and execute lead generation strategies to support the sales team. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for graphic design, video creation , and content. Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc. Plan and manage paid campaigns with a clear ROI focus. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing. Handle online reputation management (ORM) and customer engagement across digital platforms. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the management. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in industrial/B2B segment. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Email Campaigns . Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to handle a digital marketing team and work under deadlines. Familiar with marketing automation tools and CRM integration. Preferred Experience in industrial automation or engineering industry . Knowledge of graphic tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing basics.
